You’ll be responsible for
- Develop detailed and fully integrated plans reflecting logistics, site, and project constraints.
- Support weekly progress reporting and ensure contractual obligations are understood.
- Review productivity and progress data to inform decision-making.
- Maintain alignment with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Embed sustainable design, procurement, and carbon-reduction principles in programme development.
- Integrate health and safety requirements into programme activities.
- Oversee project work plans, deadlines, and coordinated team activities.
- Manage carbon emissions and reductions during delivery in support of net-zero transition goals.
You’ll need to have
- Degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project, or commercial management.
- Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
