- Champion talent management strategies, including performance evaluations and growth pathways for early career roles
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Director role in large organizations (1,000+ employees)
- Expertise in labor relations and collective bargaining agreements; required, not optional
- Global HR experience, including knowledge of North American and at least one other international market's employment law
- Experience supporting high volume, early career, transactional workforces
- Demonstrated capability to build and lead HRBP teams, focusing on talent development and consistent delivery
- Strong business acumen to align HR strategies with operational models
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in presenting data driven narratives to senior leadership
