Job Overview

  • For our client, we are seeking a Director Omnichannel Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
  • This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision making, and business performance.
  • Location: San Francisco, CA US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
  • Compensation: $230,000 – $270,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an omnichannel analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead insights, data architecture, and testing roadmaps for marketing and commercial analytics.
  • Analyze customer behavior to create effective targeting strategies and optimize messaging.
  • Build and manage a high performing omnichannel analytics team.
  • Oversee measurement of digital marketing across multiple channels.
  • Analyze engagement journeys for optimization opportunities and future initiatives.
  • Define KPIs to track brand objectives and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, especially digital or omnichannel analytics, in pharma/biotech.
  • Strong understanding of advanced statistical measurement and analytics techniques.
  • Expertise in omnichannel analytics, marketing performance measurement, and customer journey analytics.
  • Experience in rare disease or highly targeted patient populations preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms.
