- Facilitate cross functional meetings to remove deal approval friction proactively
- Chair the consolidated Deal Governance operating system to ensure consistent practices
- Create and maintain standardized deal templates and playbooks for operational efficiency
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in deal desk leadership or commercial operations, specifically in transformation contexts
- 5+ years of experience managing global teams (40+ people) through operational changes
- Direct experience with Deal Governance and pricing committee operations
- Proven success influencing C suite executives and senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ environments, especially in approval workflow design and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing executive audiences
