- Oversee the advancement process for associates and participate in compensation decisions
- Coach evaluators on providing performance feedback and develop training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, JD highly preferred
- 12+ years of experience in performance management or related fields, preferably in a legal environment
- Proven experience designing and implementing performance management programs in a professional services context
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization

Overview
- For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Performance Management to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.
- This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale.
- You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.
