- Develop customer segmentation models to identify behavior patterns for targeted strategies
- Create and manage forecasting models to predict user engagement and demand
- Enhance customer value through acquisition and retention strategy development
- Lead churn modeling to identify at risk users and propose preventative actions
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or similar fields, preferably with consumer products or AI businesses
- Proven track record at a senior individual contributor level, impacting strategy beyond immediate teams
- Experience presenting and influencing high level executives with data driven insights
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy, understanding diverse creator segments
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or equivalent
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and lifecycle analytics

Position Overview
- For our client, we are seeking a Director Data Science & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
