Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics for short format broadcast and digital content
- Interpret creative briefs with creative flair and accuracy
- Integrate AI tools into the creative workflow
- Plan shots with camera angles, motion, composition, and props
- Collaborate with the AI team (design, art, copywriter)
- Develop 2D animatics, previz, and 3D animatics
- Suggest ideas for integrating graphics into live action shots
- Contribute to branding and brand identity design
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in motion graphics
- Expert in 2D design and animation (Adobe Suite)
- Expert in 3D modeling and animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini)
- Proficient in compositing tools (After Effects, Nuke, Fusion)
- Knowledge of camera tracking tools (SynthEyes, Boujou, PF Track, Mocha)
- Experience with AI generative tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative ideas and craft
- Ability to work independently and interpret creative briefs

Role Overview
- This is an opening for a specific AI unit specialized in full or integrated AI generation work.
- Expert motion graphic artist working across a wide variety of short format broadcast and digital content projects.
- The candidate should be fully aware of generative AI tools and able to integrate them as needed.
Core Technical Skills
- Expert in 2D design and animation. All Adobe Suite.
- Expert in 3D modeling and animation in tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya and/or Houdini.
- Sculpting tools such as Zbrush, Substance Painter is a plus.
- Cell animation/Stop motion/Hand drawn animation is highly preferred.
- Ability to plan shots with camera angles, camera motion, composition and props.
- Well versed in animation principles.
- Working knowledge in camera tracking tools such as SynthEyes, Boujou, PF Track, Mocha etc.
- Expert in compositing tools, such as After Effects, Nuke, Fusion etc.
- Develop 2D Animatic, Previz and 3D animatics.
- Drawing skills to communicate visually.
Experience and Portfolio
- 5+ years of work experience and a book brimming with brave ideas and outstanding craft.
- Strong history in branding, brand identity design and establishing guidelines.
Soft Skills
- Great leadership qualities.
- Great communication skills, highly passionate and motivational.
- Well versed in planning a project from scratch.
- At times able to do storyboards.
