Requirements
- 10–15 years' experience in design and project management
- Strong experience delivering large scale mixed use and residential developments
- Proven consultant and stakeholder management experience
- Background in hospitality, residential, commercial or infrastructure projects
- Middle East development experience is highly desirable
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Master's degree and professional certifications such as PMP, RIBA or LEED are advantageous

Overview

- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing multidisciplinary design consultants, driving project delivery, and ensuring design excellence from concept through construction support.

What We're Looking For
