- Lead engagement teams and work closely with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and technology environments
- Conduct in depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation
- Facilitate strategic discussions with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership to translate business requirements into actionable technology strategies
- Guide team members in developing high quality deliverables including executive level presentations and detailed reports
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and support business development efforts
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain federal level Reliability Security Clearance (minimum five years of residency in Canada)
- Located in the National Capital Region (Ottawa Gatineau), with ability to work on site or hybrid
- 2 to 7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or technology strategy, or 5+ years in technology management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong executive and board level communication and analysis skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Overview
- Deloitte's Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) practice in Ottawa partners closely with the Government of Canada to support a wide range of initiatives from focused advisory engagements to large scale transformation efforts.
- The role is for a Senior Consultant/Manager to lead engagement teams and help clients define technology strategy, improve operating models, and support digital transformation.
What will your typical day look like?
- Lead engagement teams and work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology environments.
- Conduct in depth analyses of client data, systems, and processes to identify opportunities for modernization, efficiency, and innovation.
- Facilitate strategic discussions with client stakeholders and Deloitte leadership to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies.
- Guide team members in developing high quality deliverables, including executive level presentations and detailed reports.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, support business development efforts, and help shape the team’s culture.
Qualifications

Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 80,000 CAD 175,000.
- Eligible to participate in bonus program.
