About the Role
Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant to serve as a Functional Business Analyst and SME for Jupiter Salesforce and Siebel platforms, supporting end-to-end delivery of the Opportunity-to-Engagement lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Functional Business Analyst and subject matter expert for Jupiter Salesforce and Siebel CAEA
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional solution design for O2E and related data flows
- Translate business, regulatory, and data governance needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Support backlog refinement and prioritization by identifying cross platform impacts, dependencies, and implementation considerations
- Partner with Data Governance, Risk, Privacy, and Legal teams to embed data, compliance, and control requirements into solution design
- Collaborate with testing teams to validate scenarios, support UAT, and triage defects through resolution
- Provide functional guidance to delivery teams, support operational issue analysis, and contribute to release readiness and adoption activities
- Track and report on delivery health against KPIs (e.g., backlog, defects, cycle time) to identify issues or areas for improvement
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve efficiency
- Coordinate system changes including MOF hierarchy updates
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional SME on CRM or enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of end to end business processes, preferably within sales, client engagement, or risk acceptance
- Experience translating complex requirements into structured functional designs
- Comfort working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups simultaneously
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in matrixed and global environments
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on quality and usability

Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional SME on CRM or enterprise platforms.

- Experience supporting data governance, regulatory, or privacy sensitive systems.
- Familiarity with professional services or large scale enterprise environments.
- Exposure to change management, UAT coordination, or release support activities.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodologies.
- PMP certification.
- Automation and CI/CD tooling experience.
- Multilingual skills (English/French/Spanish).
- Experience with Salesforce.
Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 69,000 CAD 114,000.
