About the Role
Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant for its AI & Data Transformation team to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled transformations. You will facilitate senior-level workshops, shape AI-driven solutions, develop proofs of concept, and manage workstreams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate senior level client workshops, executive interviews, and working sessions to define strategic priorities and transformation opportunities
- Shape and design future state AI and data driven solutions, including high impact use cases leveraging AI, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics
- Drive end to end development of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), pilot programs, governance frameworks, and multi year AI and data roadmaps
- Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and executive ready presentations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams of data scientists, engineers, designers, and consultants to deliver scalable AI and data transformation initiatives
- Own key aspects of engagement delivery, including workstream management, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring quality of client deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, data strategy, AI, or digital transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, or large scale data transformation initiatives
- Strong problem solving skills with ability to structure complex challenges and synthesize insights
- Proven experience working in cross functional teams and delivering high quality, client facing work products
- Advanced storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Ability to navigate evolving problem spaces, take ownership, and lead workstreams in fast paced, ambiguous environments

- Your day could include leading senior level client workshops, shaping AI driven solutions, driving PoCs, translating technical concepts, collaborating with cross functional teams, and owning engagement delivery.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4–7+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, data strategy, AI, or digital transformation roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to AI, Generative AI, advanced analytics, or large scale data transformation initiatives.

Total Rewards
- The salary range for this position is CAD 72,000 CAD 138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
