- Confident in speaking to expert speakers worldwide.
- Responsible for managing speakers and order of show on site.
Conference Production
- Produce high level relevant industry conference programmes.
- Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies.
- Engage with recommended speakers and confirm attendance.
- Ensure speaker database is updated.
- Prepare and communicate creative brief documents to Marketing.
- Assist providing leads to sponsorship team.
- Mentor other conference producers.
- Conduct post show analysis of event.
Market Research and Industry Networks
- Effectively research topics with industry professionals.
- Develop new conference ideas and programme content.
- Collaborate with Exhibition Director and sales team.
- Identify key opinion leaders and institutions.
- Maintain and build new relationships.
- Look at additional add ons to attract delegates.
Speaker & Delegate Liaison
- Assist with onsite duties as required for the duration of the event.
