Responsibilities
- Develop, direct and successfully execute a strategy for ongoing development of events in line with targets set by Tahaluf and key strategic partners
- Ultimately responsible for digital and physical sales, visitor marketing, conference and content development and onsite show operations
- Ensure event achieves revenue, expenditure, and operating profit targets
- Embrace, support and maintain team culture, ensuring all team members feel content, inspired, and appreciated
- Become an ambassador of events, developing key relationships with clients, industry bodies, business leaders and suppliers
- Maintain strong partnership with Commercial Director to ensure team and sales agents are focused and motivated
- Successfully manage internal stakeholder relationships
- Establish successful and trusted leadership partnership with AVP and EVP on strategy, financial planning, and global opportunities
- Develop and implement rolling strategic plan
- Position and maintain the show as the definitive event in its market
- Create, manage and deliver annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Define focus and profile of the event in line with industry needs

Role Overview
- Key role making two main contributions: creating strategy for future growth and executing tactics for highest possible quality delivery
- Exhibition Director for Portfolio 2 (home of Cityscape Global and Global Health Exhibition)
- Requires flawless reporting and presentation abilities
- Often required to present to highest ranking officials within government of Saudi Arabia and Informa
- Uniquely fast paced role; must thrive in high pressure environment
Key Responsibilities
