Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
- Create engaging digital content targeting key audience groups
- Analyze user data to drive continuous improvement across owned marketing channels (email, website, social)
- Produce effective marketing collateral such as email marketing, website landing pages, and social media posts
- Work with the Digital Centre of Excellence and client marketing teams to develop content for B2B events and exhibitions
- Contribute to KPI targets including leads generated and conversions
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners
- Create and refresh Tahaluf's online presence for new products and services
- Identify opportunities across the digital customer journey to improve customer experience and generate leads
- Evaluate and recommend new digital technologies for channel management efficiencies
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, online advertising, and direct marketing
- Strong copywriting skills for marketing collateral (email, website, social media)
- Ability to analyze user data and make informed decisions
- Strategic mindset for planning and executing digital campaigns
- Business acumen and understanding of budget management and forecasting
- Experience with B2B events and exhibitions is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Create engaging digital content with a strong understanding of how to target key audience groups.

- Be an imaginative copywriter to produce effective marketing collateral.
- Work with the Digital Centre of Excellence and clients' marketing teams for B2B events and exhibitions.
- Be strategically minded in planning and executing digital campaigns, analysing engagement data.
- Contribute towards specific KPI targets, including total leads generated and total conversions.
- Work in collaboration with the wider marketing team and external agencies.
- Create/refresh Tahaluf's online presence for new products and services.
- Identify opportunities across the digital customer journey to improve customer experience and generate leads.
- Provide content for timely, relevant communications through designated channels.
