- Produce high level relevant industry conference programmes
- Liaise with key professionals, institutions, and companies
- Engage with recommended speakers and confirm attendance
- Ensure speaker database is updated
- Prepare creative brief documents for Marketing team
- Assist providing leads to sponsorship team
- Mentor other conference producers within the team
- Conduct post show analysis of events
- Research topics with industry professionals and target market
- Develop new conference ideas and programme content
- Collaborate with Exhibition Director and sales team
- Assist with onsite duties during events
Requirements
- Experience in conference production or event management
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Mentoring experience

Role Overview
- The team is looking for a Senior Conference Producer who can demonstrate industry expertise and confidence in speaking with expert speakers worldwide.
What You Will Do
