Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Catering Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations and ensure exceptional food service standards. The successful candidate will lead catering staff, coordinate food service operations, and maintain high levels of quality and customer satisfact
Responsibilities
- Supervise catering staff during food preparation, service, and event setup.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day catering operations and timely service delivery.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train, support, and motivate team members.
- Coordinate staff schedules and assign duties effectively.
- Handle customer requirements and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure proper discipline and attendance.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or food service operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior catering role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
