The employer is seeking an experienced South Indian Cook to join its catering team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on South Indian and Kerala cuisine prepared in large quantities for catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of South Indian and Kerala dishes.
- Handle both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations.
- Prepare meals in large quantities while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices in the kitchen.
- Work efficiently as part of a catering production team.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a South Indian Cook.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian and Kerala cuisine.
- Experience in bulk cooking or catering is preferred.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment.

- Accommodation is provided.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 2,500 per month.
