The cook will prepare traditional Kerala dishes in regular and large quantities while maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay starts from AED 2,000 per month.
- Accommodation is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Kerala dishes for daily meal production and catering services.
- Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in large quantities.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation procedures.
- Maintain consistent taste and quality during large-volume production.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements.
- Handle and store ingredients properly, minimize waste, and support kitchen operations.
- Work with the kitchen team to complete preparation on time.
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen and work areas.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a Kerala Cuisine Cook.
- Good knowledge of Kerala cuisine and traditional Kerala cooking.
- Experience in catering, restaurant, or commercial kitchen environments.
- Ability to prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in large quantities.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a kitchen team and in a fast-paced catering environment.
