We are looking for an experienced Chapati / Paratha Maker to join our catering team.
The candidate should have experience preparing chapathi, paratha, and other flatbreads in large quantities while maintaining good quality, consistency, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare chapathi, paratha, and other flatbreads.
- Prepare and handle dough, including kneading, portioning, rolling, and cooking.
- Maintain consistent size, texture, and quality.
- Prepare food according to daily production requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work area.
- Work efficiently as part of a catering kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chapati / Paratha Maker.
- Experience in catering or large-scale food production is preferred.
- Good knowledge of flatbread preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good hygiene and teamwork skills.
