Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in catering and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners.
- Attend meetings to discuss client requirements, proposals, and progress.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in catering, hospitality, or food service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Knowledge of catering operations and event management is a plus.
Pay
- AED 3,000–AED 3,500 per month.
