Role Overview
Mnzil is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to support rapid growth.
The role owns high-value opportunities, complex client relationships, and strategic accounts.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Riyadh.
- The position is full-time.
What You Will Own
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for key and strategic accounts.
- Build relationships with mid-to-senior stakeholders at client organizations.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms for larger deals.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to leadership.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large sized deals.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Arabic and professional English.
