Role overview
Mnzil is seeking a Business Development Associate to support workforce housing and real estate services growth in Saudi Arabia.
The role supports lead generation, client outreach, pipeline management, and conversion of opportunities into partnerships.

- Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach.
- Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records.
- Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials.
- Track pipeline status and report progress to the business development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent Arabic and professional English.
- Comfort using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
