Mnzil is hiring a Junior Business Development Associate to support workforce housing and real estate services growth across Saudi Arabia.
The role supports lead generation, client outreach, pipeline coordination, and the development of long-term client relationships.
Location and Employment
- The role is based on site.
- The employment type is full-time.
What You Will Own
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new leads through research and outreach.
- Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials.
- Track pipeline status and support progress reporting to the business development team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent Arabic and professional English.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
