Role Overview
Mnzil is seeking a Sales Development Representative for its workforce housing and real estate business in Saudi Arabia.
The role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities.
Location and Employment
- The role is located in Riyadh.
- The position is full-time.
What You Will Own
- Identify and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Stay informed about Mnzil's offerings and the Saudi Arabian real estate and workforce housing market.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfort with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Arabic with English proficiency.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
