Senior business analysis role focused on translating operational requirements into SAP solutions.
The position supports SAP processes, projects, users, data activities, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into SAP functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement, automation, and SAP optimization opportunities.
- Work with business, functional, technical, SAP consulting, vendor, and external consultant teams.
- Analyze SAP workflows, transactions, reports, interfaces, and processes against operational needs.
- Prepare requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, solution documentation, manuals, and procedures.
- Configure and support SAP modules and coordinate custom developments, integrations, reports, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and standard SAP functionality.
- Support SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, rollouts, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Support data validation, migration, reconciliation, and master data activities.
- Provide SAP process training, guidance, and user support.
- Track project requirements, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Eight years of business analysis experience is required.
- Arabic is required.
- Experience with SAP functional requirements, configuration, implementation, testing, support, and data activities is required.
- The role requires the ability to prepare SAP process and solution documentation and coordinate with technical teams.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 22,500 per month.
