- Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation programmes
- Ability to analyse data (SQL/Excel) to support business cases
- Formal BA training or certification (e.g., IIBA)

Role Overview
- As an Endur Senior Business Analyst, you will help our clients develop and execute their product strategy.
- You will work closely with other Product Managers, client leadership and delivery teams to create roadmaps, write user stories and lead your product teams.
- You will also be responsible for educating and guiding our clients on industry best practice.
Your Impact
- Provides deep functional expertise in Endur and trading processes to support business decisions, solution design and platform optimisation.
- Advise on Endur capabilities and best practices; support requirements gathering and solution validation; design test scenarios; provide user training; review front office and risk related changes.
- 10+ years of Endur functional experience; strong trade lifecycle knowledge; stakeholder management; Endur configuration understanding.
- Demonstrate business impact through Endur expertise; experience in Endur implementation or transformation programs.
Your Skills and Experience
- Must have: 10+ years as a BA in trading, energy or financial markets.
- Must have: Strong Endur functional knowledge across at least one asset class.
- Must have: Experience writing clear, testable requirements in an Agile environment.
- Must have: Confidence engaging traders and senior stakeholders in workshops.
- Good to have: Experience with Endur upgrades or large remediation programmes.
