Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for T24 transformation programs.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Process Documentation, and Requirement Traceability.
• Manage requirements, scope control, and change requests.
• Conduct workshops with business and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate requirements with implementation partners and vendors.
• Support end-to-end Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact transformation initiatives.
• Participate in current-state assessment and future-state solution design.
• Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Define and validate the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Ensure future-state processes align with business and operational objectives.
• Provide SME expertise for Islamic Banking transformation initiatives.
• Support Temenos Islamic AA and TPH implementations.

Required Experience

• 11+ years of experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / SME in T24 transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.
• Strong Middle East / GCC banking experience.
• Extensive Retail Banking and Corporate Banking operations experience.
• Strong Islamic Banking domain knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in Islamic AA and TPH implementations.
• Experience supporting data migration, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Strong experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience working in multi-vendor implementation environments.
