Your Role

  • Based in Riyadh, KSA | Reporting to: Head of Governance
  • As a Board Affairs Specialist, you will support Tamara’s corporate governance and board engagement through precise coordination and documentation.
  • This role supports the Head of Governance and acts as a bridge between the CEO Office, Legal, Finance, and Governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the governance calendar and board/committee pack timeline, coordinating inputs and versioning with oversight from the Head of Governance.
  • Prepare board and committee materials (agendas, decks, resolutions, supporting papers) and coordinate circulation and tracking of approvals/signatures for board and shareholder resolutions.
  • Draft meeting minutes capturing decisions and action items; maintain decision logs and action trackers, following up with owners and escalating overdue items as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics (virtual/physical) and day to day board communications in line with governance protocols.
  • Maintain governance records and registers (board/committee composition, appointments, terms, declarations and key disclosures), ensuring information is current and audit ready.
  • Maintain a secure archive of board materials and apply document control discipline (templates, versioning, access controls, retention), including use of board portals/repositories where applicable.
  • Coordinate with external directors and legal counsel on scheduling, document circulation, and meeting related requests, as needed.

Your Expertise

  • 2 3 years of experience in a governance, legal, or company secretarial function.
  • Experience working with or supporting Boards of Directors in a regulated or fast paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a high growth governmental or multinational company is a plus.
  • Degree in Law, Business, or Public Policy (legal background is a plus).
  • Excellent written communication and formal documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in drafting minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate across functions.
