- Design and launch new acquisition initiatives beyond paid media
- Own an experimentation roadmap using a Hypothesis, Test, Learn, Scale framework
- Create and operationalize merchant programs that contribute to pipeline generation
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency
- Work closely with Commercial, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Performance teams to bring initiatives to life
- Translate successful experiments into repeatable and scalable growth motions
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Startup Growth, or related fields
- Strong experimentation mindset and comfortable establishing playbooks
- Demonstrated ability to launch initiatives from idea through execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make data driven decisions
- High ownership mentality with strong execution skills
- Exposure to fintech, marketplaces, or startup environments is preferred
- Arabic is a plus

About the Role
