About the Role
- Seeking a highly motivated Merchant Acquisition Specialist to join the In store Operations team.
- Responsible for signing new businesses and inspecting in store marketing efforts at partner stores.
- Role involves being on the ground and visiting new and existing merchants.
Your Responsibilities
- Active Merchant Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants.
- On Site Demonstrations: Conduct in person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and report valuable market insights, competitor activities and merchant feedback.
- Conversion and Onboarding: Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process.
Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
