- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced environment

Your Responsibilities
- Active Merchant Outreach: Proactively identify and approach potential merchants in their physical store locations, introducing the company's services or products and explaining the benefits of partnership.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with merchants, understanding their unique needs and challenges to position the company's offerings as valuable solutions.
- On Site Demonstrations: Conduct in person product or service demonstrations and address merchant concerns to secure new partnerships.
- Market Intelligence Gathering: Collect and report valuable market insights, competitor activities and merchant feedback to inform company strategy and product development, including in store materials visibility.
- Conversion and Onboarding: Guide interested merchants through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and laying the groundwork for a successful long term partnership.
Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management skills and CRM proficiency.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
