- Ensure bar mise en place, cleanliness, and hygiene meet fine dining standards
- Support the Bar Manager in enforcing SOPs, service guidelines, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Step in to lead the bar during the Bar Manager’s absence
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, consistency, and premium presentation
- Ensure bartenders follow recipes, garnishing standards, and service timing
- Conduct quality checks throughout service to maintain beverage excellence
- Supervise bartenders and barbacks, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation, service etiquette, and product knowledge
- Engage with guests professionally, offering recommendations and personalized service
- Assist with stock monitoring, requisitions, and daily consumption tracking
- Help minimize wastage through portion control and accurate pouring
Requirements
- 2–4 years of bartending experience, including supervisory or senior bartender roles
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium cocktail bars preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest interaction skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast paced environment

Role
- The Bar Supervisor supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring consistent beverage quality, smooth service flow, and elevated guest experiences in a fine‑dining environment.
- The role supervises bartenders, maintains operational standards, assists with training and inventory control, and acts as the key link between the Head Bartender and Bar Manager to ensure seamless bar performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar setup, service flow, and closing procedures.
- Ensure bar mise‑en‑place, cleanliness, and hygiene meet fine‑dining standards.
- Support the Bar Manager in enforcing SOPs, service guidelines, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Step in to lead the bar during the Bar Manager’s absence.
- Prepare and serve beverages with precision, consistency, and premium presentation.
- Ensure bartenders follow recipes, garnishing standards, and service timing.
- Conduct quality checks throughout service to maintain beverage excellence.
- Supervise bartenders and barbacks, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork.
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation, service etiquette, and product knowledge.
- Provide ongoing coaching to maintain consistency and elevate team performance.
- Lead pre‑shift briefings when required.
- Engage with guests professionally, offering recommendations and personalized service.
Pre requisites
- 2–4 years of bartending experience, including supervisory or senior bartender roles.
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium cocktail bars preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest‑interaction skills.

- Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).
