Compensation
- Fixed salary of AED 2,000 per month.
Requirements and preferences
- One to two years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and restaurant operations is required.
- Creativity, beverage passion, presentation ability, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail are expected.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards are required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and prepare hand-crafted hot and cold beverages, including coffees, milkshakes, smoothies, and juices.
- Enter orders into MICROS, recommend beverages, and upsell appropriately.
- Perform opening and closing duties, clean equipment, and inspect tools and machines.
- Handle cash transactions, cashier reports, receipts, discrepancies, and banking procedures.
- Follow food safety, security, and company policies and complete reasonable supervisory requests.
Schedule
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to hotel requirements.
