Responsibilities
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding service level expectations
- Deliver high quality audit services with awareness of regulation and risk management
- Liaise with onshore and offshore Centers of Excellence for task delivery
- Track deliverables from component auditors and ensure completeness
- Prepare documentation anticipating reviewer questions and distinguishing accounting from auditing judgments
- Supervise staff, inspect client financial records, compile and analyze data, prepare audit reports
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms
- International accounting qualification (SOCPA, CA, ACCA, or CPA) desired
- Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred

Senior Role in Insurance Sector
- Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders

- Adapts template referral instructions for audit focus
- Liaises effectively with onshore and offshore Centers of Excellence
- Assists in tracking deliverables from component auditors
- Links risks, controls, procedures and findings across EMS file
- Articulates audit quality milestones
- Understands audit plan timings and challenges when possible
- Prepares documentation anticipating reviewer questions
- Develops relationships beyond finance function
- Has practical awareness of engagement lifecycle risks
- Supervises staff, inspects client financial records, compiles data, prepares audit reports
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of experience in public auditing and accounting, preferably with Big Audit Firms
- International accounting qualification desired: SOCPA, CA, ACCA, or CPA
- Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred
