About the Role
Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Associate for Workforce Planning to provide technical support in strategic workforce planning and organization design. The role involves workforce costing, PAF/PRF processing, organizational structure management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Supports the development and updating of the strategic workforce planning and organisational design framework and procedures
- Provides guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues
- Monitors financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets
- Recommends improvements and implements policies, systems, and procedures
- Gathers relevant data from various HC stakeholders and from SAP for initiating annual workforce plan
- Conducts the integrated annual WFP exercise for the assigned area
- Conducts Workforce costing in line with the outcome of the workforce planning exercise
- Validates and processes PAFs related to promotions, job title change, cost centre change and site change
- Validates and processes PRF related to all workforce requirements
- Participates with WFP Manager in developing the OD framework for EGA
- Provides cost impact analysis to area, Business Partner, Finance, HC Management
- Participates and actively contributes to the success of HR Projects and organization wide projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management including some years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities
- Knowledge of workforce planning, organisation structure development practices
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Knowledge/understanding of UAE labour law

Job Purpose
- Provides technical acumen and specialist support to the strategic workforce planning and organization design function.
- Acts as a Trusted Partner to line managers, HC management and stakeholders, business partners and Finance for strategy formulation and control of decided actions.
Key Accountabilities
- Supporting Strategy Implementation: Supports development and updating of strategic workforce planning and organisational design framework.
- Team Engagement: Provides guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues.
- Budgeting and Financial Performance: Monitors financial performance versus budgets.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Recommends improvements and implements policies.
- Workforce Planning and Costing: Gathers data, conducts annual WFP exercise, performs workforce costing.
- Processing of Personnel Action (PAF) and Personnel Requisition (PRF) forms: Validates and processes PAFs and PRFs.
- Organizational Structure: Participates in developing OD framework, generates proposed structures.
- Support to EGA Leaders & other Stakeholders: Provides cost impact analysis.
- IT Systems improvements and data sharing: Participates in HR projects and UATs.
- Day to day Operations: Acts as custodian of EGA Workforce plan information.
- Coordination: Collaborates with other HC departments.
- Environment, Health & Safety: Ensures compliance with safety policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 6 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management including some years in supervisory/managerial roles.
- Skills: Knowledge of workforce planning, organisation structure development, change management, UAE labour law, budgeting, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiation, planning, communication, presentation, teamwork, people management, stakeholder management.
