About the Role

About Emirates Global Aluminium
- Emirates Global Aluminium is the world’s biggest ‘premium aluminium’ producer and the largest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas.
- EGA operates aluminium smelters in Jebel Ali and Al Taweelah, an alumina refinery, a bauxite mine in Guinea, and recycling plants in Germany and the US.
National Graduate Training Programme
- The program provides graduates with an approximately 18 month training programme to assume a role as a first line supervisor.
- Preference is given to engineering graduates, but other disciplines are considered based on organisational needs.
- Each graduate trainee is assigned a mentor and regular progress review meetings are held.
Training and Development
- The trainee will focus on practical and leadership/supervisory skills to fulfil their targeted role.
- Familiarization within the trainee's designated department for one month to gain general knowledge about each section's functions.
- On the job training for the remaining period geared towards the target position.
Criteria
- UAE National holding a family book
- Maximum experience of 3 years, fresh graduates preferred
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance
