About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the development and implementation of international payroll strategy across EGA
- Prepare monthly payroll for international locations (Guinea, Singapore, Shanghai, Korea, Switzerland, USA)
- Liaise with third party payroll providers for outsourced payrolls
- Maintain master data integrity in SAP and ensure timely reconciliation
- Manage international payroll accounting process including GL ownership
- Lead and mentor the international payroll team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in payroll or accounting or finance including at least 4 years in managerial roles
- Experience with international payroll operations
- Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) or Diploma in Payroll Management preferred

Role Summary
- Provide functional expertise and manage all operational aspects of EGA International Payroll.
- Ensure controls, accurate records, and automation opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage development of effective international payroll program.
- Lead implementation of payroll strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage workload and team performance.
- Prepare and recommend functional budget.
- Direct development of policies, systems, and procedures.
- Prepare monthly payroll for international locations.
- Liaise with third party payroll providers.
- Maintain master data integrity in SAP.
- Manage international payroll accounting process.
- Act as subject matter expert for international payroll.
- Ensure compliance with ERM and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or equivalent.
- CIPP, Diploma in Payroll Management, or Diploma in Treasury Management preferred.
- 8 years of experience in payroll or accounting or finance including 4 years in managerial roles.
- Experience with national/international institutions.
