Job Purpose

  • The Senior Associate – PMO serves as the central governance, assurance, and portfolio management authority for Modon Communities’ strategic initiatives. The role ensures projects are aligned with business objectives, delivered through the organization's Trimodal Execution Framework, and achieve meas

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate business cases, project proposals, and transformation requests.
  • Prioritize initiatives using standardized scoring criteria based on strategic value, ROI, and resource availability.
  • Assign projects to the appropriate execution pathway: Pace 1: Kaizen Sprints, Pace 2: Tactical A3, Pace 3: DMAIC.
  • Enforce the Trimodal Execution Framework across business units and support functions.
  • Monitor project health, schedule adherence, scope control, and governance compliance.
  • Manage escalation of major project risks, budget overruns, and scope changes.
  • Govern enterprise wide strategic, operational, and capital projects.
  • Manage cross project dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track milestones and hold project owners accountable for delivery commitments.
  • Monitor CAPEX/OPEX budgets, burn rates, and variance reporting.
  • Support enterprise resource planning and capacity management.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to align vendor performance with PMO standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • MBA, MSc Project Management, or Engineering Management preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Agile certification (CSM or PMI ACP).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred.
  • 5–8 years in PMO, Enterprise Portfolio Management, or Strategy Execution.
  • Experience managing enterprise level strategic portfolios and governance frameworks.
  • Exposure to real estate development, community management, asset management, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
  • Experience leading cross functional initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and operational business units.
  • Vendor, contract, and change management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, or similar PPM tools.
  • Strong Power BI, data modeling, analytics, and dashboard development capabilities.
