Responsibilities
- Establish the Business Excellence Center of Excellence, setting the enterprise standard for operational maturity
- Source, adapt, and deploy global best practices; drive adherence to international quality frameworks (EFQM, ISO)
- Draft, refine, and enforce robust operational policies and SOPs, creating a centralized repository
- Institute a rigorous audit cadence to monitor compliance with policies
- Define and monitor leading and lagging process health metrics linked to strategic objectives
- Lead end to end analysis, redesign, and deployment of future state Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Architect and map complex cross functional workflows using Tier 1 architecture tools (e.g., ARIS, Visio)
- Conduct macro level Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks and redundancies
- Partner with IT and Data Analytics teams to identify processes for digitization or RPA
- Systematically apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate the 8 Wastes
- Facilitate Kaizen sprint events and guide cross functional teams through A3 problem solving
- Act as a change agent to embed continuous improvement culture and deliver training modules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Active Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification (Black Belt highly preferred)
- Certifications or formal training in EFQM, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), or Business Process Management (BPM/BPMN 2.0)
- Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR) is a strong differentiator
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Project Management, or Engineering Management) is a strong differentiator

Overview
- The Senior Associate – Business Excellence is a pivotal role mandated to establish and anchor a true Center of Excellence (CoE) for Modon Communities.
- This position is the driving force behind actively sourcing, adapting, and institutionalizing global best practices, robust operational policies, and standardized processes across the enterprise.
- The Senior Associate ensures that continuous improvement and operational superiority are permanently built into the organization's daily routines.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Establish the CoE: Act as the foundational leader of the Business Excellence Center of Excellence.
- Global Benchmarking & Frameworks: Drive adherence to international quality and excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM, ISO 9001/14001/45001).
- Policy & SOP Standardization: Draft, refine, and enforce robust operational policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process Governance & Auditing: Institute a rigorous, recurring audit cadence to monitor compliance.
- KPI Formulation: Define and monitor leading and lagging process health metrics.
- TOM Redesign & Deployment: Lead end to end analysis, structural redesign, and deployment of future state Target Operating Models.
- Enterprise Blueprinting: Architect and map complex cross functional workflows using Tier 1 architecture tools.
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Conduct macro level mapping of core enterprise value streams.
- Digital Transformation & Automation Readiness: Partner with IT and Data Analytics teams to identify processes for digitization or RPA.
- Workflow Standardization: Eliminate fragmented workarounds by enforcing standardized process architectures.
- Waste Elimination (Muda): Systematically apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eradicate the 8 Wastes.
- Facilitate Kaizen (Speed): Rapidly deploy to lead 0–8 week Kaizen sprint events.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Project Management, or Engineering Management) is considered a strong differentiator.
- Active Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification is strictly required (Black Belt is highly preferred).
- Certifications or formal training in EFQM, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), or Business Process Management (BPM/BPMN 2.0).
