Role Overview
Lead architectural design and project coordination for residential and commercial construction projects.
Develop technical drawings, coordinate internal teams, and support execution according to approved designs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and planning for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and team members.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and project teams.
- Develop design solutions from client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
- Resolve construction-stage design issues and ensure designs are practical for execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare or review BOQs, specifications, and material requirements.
- Issue design documents within timelines and maintain revision records.
- Monitor project progress from a design perspective and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Guide junior architects, mentor team members, and present designs to clients.
