Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, maintain project timelines, and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, coordinate project parties, conduct inspections, prepare reports, and verify executed quantities.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, safety practices, technical issues, inventory records, meetings, and action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- One to seven years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply for Junior Site Engineer roles.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, communication, coordination, time management, and leadership skills.
