Job Summary
MYSCAAI is seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
The role covers project execution, site coordination, quality control, manpower management, material planning, contractor coordination, and timely completion.
Project Execution and Site Supervision
- Plan, supervise, and execute daily construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works and take corrective action on site issues.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers while monitoring manpower, productivity, workmanship, discipline, and housekeeping.
- Conduct regular site inspections and verify alignment, levels, dimensions, and execution quality.
Quality and Contractor Coordination
- Inspect materials and workmanship, coordinate testing, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely defect rectification.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, architects, structural consultants, and design teams.
- Monitor contractor performance, verify work completion, and coordinate measurements for billing.
