Job Summary
MYSCAAI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Finishing Engineer to manage and supervise interior finishing works at residential and construction project sites.
The role is responsible for quality, workmanship, timelines, material coordination, vendor management, and execution according to approved drawings and company standards.
Interior Finishing Execution
- Supervise and execute interior finishing works at project sites.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor flooring, tiling, false ceilings, painting, polishing, wall finishes, gypsum, partitions, doors, windows, furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, bathrooms, and fixtures.
- Coordinate electrical and plumbing finishing activities.
Site Supervision and Quality Control
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship.
- Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain snag or punch lists.
- Ensure timely snag closure and compliance with project specifications.
