Role Overview
Support the architectural team in planning, designing, drafting, and coordinating residential and commercial construction projects.
Work closely with Senior Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, and Project Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Architects with architectural concepts and designs.
- Prepare 2D plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings, floor plans, furniture layouts, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and project teams.
- Visit project sites and monitor design execution.
- Review drawings, make project-required modifications, and resolve design or site issues.
- Prepare presentations, material selections, and design documentation.
- Maintain drawing records and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Issue accurate drawings within project timelines.
Required Skills and Eligibility
- B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, or a related qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in architecture or construction; freshers with strong technical skills may be considered.
- AutoCAD is required.
- SketchUp or Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic architectural planning and construction knowledge is required.
