- Assist in supervising accounting teams and coordinating daily accounting operations

- Manage fixed assets accounting, including tracking and coordination
- Perform related party balances reconciliation
- Support monthly and year end consolidation processes and financial closing
- Ensure accounting processes comply with IFRS and internal policies
- Monitor company bank accounts and financial facilities
- Ensure financial reports and management accounts are prepared on time
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent
- 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of IFRS standards
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and other accounting software
- Fluency in English is essential

Overview
- Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising accounting teams and coordinating daily accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Manage fixed assets accounting, including tracking and coordination with relevant departments.
- Perform related party balances reconciliation and ensure proper documentation.
- Support monthly and year end consolidation processes and financial closing activities.
- Ensure accounting processes comply with IFRS standards and internal financial policies.
- Monitor company bank accounts and financial facilities to ensure proper control.
- Ensure financial reports and management accounts are prepared and issued within required timelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
- Provide recommendations to management to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
- Ensure high standards of accuracy, compliance, and reporting aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting with a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation accounting.
- Knowledge of IFRS standards and financial compliance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and other accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
