Responsibilities
- Support the end to end annual performance management cycle, including objective setting, mid year, and year end reviews
- Monitor completion rates and coordinate with HR Business Partners and business units to ensure timely completion of performance activities
- Review performance ratings for accuracy and prepare reports and dashboards for management
- Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Maintain and update employee data within the Oracle HCM Talent Management module
- Generate talent reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision making
- Prepare and consolidate data for talent review and succession planning meetings
- Maintain succession planning trackers and identify data gaps or inconsistencies
- Analyze talent trends and prepare meaningful insights for leadership
- Support the preparation of training materials, communications, and presentations related to performance management and talent development
- Coordinate talent management training sessions, maintain attendance records, and ensure proper documentation of all talent initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Talent Management Specialist or HR Leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or HR Systems
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM or similar HR systems is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

We're Hiring: Talent Management Analyst
- Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a proactive and analytical Talent Management Analyst to support the delivery of key talent management initiatives across the Group.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
