- Prepare and maintain master project schedules, identifying key milestones to achieve project completion targets
- Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based schedules, allocating labour, equipment, and costs to project activities
- Coordinate with project teams to review and obtain approval for project schedules
- Establish regular schedule update cycles to ensure accurate and timely project reporting
- Monitor project progress and assess actual performance against planned schedules
- Record, evaluate, and communicate the impact of project schedule changes
- Analyse schedule trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays
- Revise project plans and schedules through re planning and re baselining when required
- Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and planning documentation for management and clients
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between project schedules and execution activities
- Ensure compliance with company project management guidelines, procedures, and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling
- Experience in EPC, fabrication, marine, construction, or oil & gas industries
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Office, and ERP software
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong knowledge of project planning principles, scheduling methodologies, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource planning, progress monitoring, and risk analysis
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Are you an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in project planning and scheduling?

Requirements
