About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and company standards across all site and offshore activities
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and contractors
- Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and management on all HSE related matters
- Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and awareness across the organization
- Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and implementation of preventive measures
- Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management and pollution control practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years of HSE experience in offshore, marine, fabrication, or oil & gas projects
- NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent certifications preferred
- ADNOC approval required
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify hazards and implement effective control measures
- Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting systems
- Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage

- The role ensures all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting a strong safety culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
