- Are you a detail oriented professional with expertise in automotive parts and customer service? We are seeking a Parts Advisor to assist customers and technicians in selecting the right parts, ensuring efficient inventory management, and supporting sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet counter sales requirements while ensuring accurate parts inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical expertise in parts selection.
- Greet customers and provide assistance in identifying required parts.
- Advise customers on part numbers, pricing, and availability.
- Offer guidance on the use, care, and maintenance of parts.
- Prepare parts estimates and quotations.
- Ensure compliance with credit terms and credit sales procedures.
- Stay informed about Parts Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Delivery Timelines.
- Process Parts Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
- Assist in designing and maintaining an accessories display.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Keep accurate sales records for inventory control and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
- Must be computer literate with experience in inventory management systems.
