Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework
- Maintain and update the Corporate Risk Register
- Conduct risk assessments across business functions and monitor the effectiveness of risk controls
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and identify emerging risks
- Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive management
- Support compliance with corporate governance principles and international standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO ERM Framework
- Assist in developing and updating risk management policies, procedures, and methodologies
- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and crisis management initiatives
- Deliver risk awareness sessions and promote risk ownership across the organization
- Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Information Security, HR, and operational teams
- Support the implementation of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management
- Professional certifications such as CRMP, ISO 31000, CIA, CISA, or other ERM certifications are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

We're Hiring: Risk Specialist
- Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a proactive and analytical Risk Specialist to support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Group's Risk Management Framework.
- This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of corporate governance and business continuity who is passionate about helping organizations identify, assess, and manage risks while supporting strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework.

- Professional certifications such as CRMP, ISO 31000, CIA, CISA, or other ERM certifications are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
